Payment by direct debit currently requires manual activation. To switch to direct debit payment, please send us a request via the live chat (at the bottom right) or by email at email@example.com.
Adding a direct debit payment
After direct debit has been enabled for your account, open your profile menu (top-right) and navigate to Billing.
Click on the Add IBAN button and complete the form to update your payment method.
Congrats! Your payment method has been updated. 🎉
At any time, you can:
Update your IBAN by clicking the Change IBAN button.
Revert to payment by credit card by clicking the Add Card button.
