To pay by credit card, navigate to your TwicPics dashboard.

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner and navigate to Billing.

On the billing page, you can see your current plan and switch to a new one. Select the plan that suits your needs.

Once the plan has been selected, complete the Billing Address form.

The first payment must be made by credit card. After the first payment, it is possible to pay by direct debit.

NB: Strong authentication

Depending on your credit card used, strong authentication may be required.

If an error occurs in the payment process, a message will indicate the nature of the problem. You will be able to retry the payment.

You can also correct the problem from list of invoices at the bottom of the page. Each invoice with an error status features a Pay Invoice button next to it.

Clicking the Pay Invoice button will redirect you to Stripe, our secure payment provider.

Once the payment has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email. 🎉
