When creating a new workspace, you can configure a subdomain under the TwicPics domain. You can choose any subdomain you like, pending availability.

Example: https://mycompany.twic.pics

Custom domains

Business and Enterprise plan users can setup custom domains of their own (using custom CNAME.)

Example: https://assets-subdomain.yourcompany.com

πŸ’‘ Connecting your domain requires adding two CNAME records

Technical requirements :

  • Use a domain that you own

  • Use a sub-domain like media.mydomain.com

  • Root domains, e.g. mydomain.com (without the www), are not supported

You can create custom domains from the workspace domain section, just open the dropdown menu create domain and click on create a custom domain :

πŸ” Process step by step (Click to open)

Go to your workspace domain section and open the dropdown menu create domain and click on create a custom domain :

Step 2

Step 3

Add the first DNS record generated by TwicPics to your domain, wait for validation and repeat the process with the second DNS record :

⏳ Validation and generation of the second CNAME usually takes longer. It can take up to 10 minutes.

πŸ’‘ Leaving the panel has no impact, you can resume the process whenever you want from the domain section of your workspace :

Step 4

Once the two CNAME added and validated, you are ready to create your path(s) to your image source(s) and start deliver your images from your new custom domain! πŸŽ‰
